Not quite right? No stress.
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your Levi's®, as long as they're unworn and the tags are still on.
How it works
- Email care@levis.pk or WhatsApp us with your order number.
- We'll book a free pickup for you within 48 hours.
- Refunds land in 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
What can be returned
- Unworn items with original tags and packaging.
- Full-price and sale items alike.
- Innerwear, socks and altered jeans are not eligible.
Exchanges
Wrong fit? We'll swap sizes free of charge, subject to availability. Just tell us the size you'd like when you get in touch.
